In a recent historical development for Peaceland University, Enugu, Rev. Monsignor Professor Obiora Francis Ike has been formally introduced as the newest member of the esteemed Board of Trustees of the University.

Additionally, he serves as the Pro-Chancellor of Plateau State University (PLASU) in Bokkos, Plateau State. Notably, he chairs the Board of Directors of Umuchinemere Procredit Micro Finance Bank (UPMFB) Limited and is a dedicated member of the Board of Trustees at Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu, and Globethics.net in Geneva, Switzerland.
Moreover, Rev. Monsignor Obiora Francis Ike is recognized as the Founder and President of the Catholic Institute for Development Justice and Peace (CIDJAP) in Enugu.
