COVID-19: Enugu records 4 new cases as full restriction ends today

 

Four new confirmed COVID-19 cases have emerged in Enugu State.

This is coming at a time the state government has moved to commence gradual lifting of movement restrictions earlier imposed on the state a month ago.

In a statement by the State Commisoner of Health, Obi Emmanuel Ikechukwu
the new cases are two adults and two children, who live in Enugu and hail from Bauchi State and travelled to Jos Plateau State, with the case that was reported as the 3rd positive case in Enugu.

This brings the status of positive cases ever reported in Enugu to 8 with 6 active cases.

He further urged the people of the state to Continue to observe the safety measures.
