“It is in this light that the film festival in Enugu not only has very important role for the future of film production in Nigeria but also the future of human development in our nation. We do hope therefore that this film festival this year will be one which will promote our human values and for us as Christians. We believe that human values are Christian values, so Christian values are human values. What the Christians promote as positive in life is what can be promoted anywhere in life. What we promote as values include the value of love, justice, fidelity, unity etc.

“So we are promoting what is good in our film festival. We will be inviting people from all over the country within the film industry to present their productions at this festival”, Fr. Patrick said.
